The Breath Effect began in Glenorchy, New Zealand, which not surprisingly is where you’ll find some of the purest air on the planet. At home in the clear mountain air, founder Emma Ferris was struck by the notion that while everybody breathes, not everybody breathes well. Life’s big stressful moments (we all know what those are) need some bigger and better tools to help people deal with them. After a big exhale, Emma decided she’d like to teach the world to breathe and embrace stress.
Today, The Breath Effect has grown to become a resource for people in New Zealand and around the world to access tools and techniques for better breathing, reducing stress and pain and building optimal health and wellness.
