You have access to the course for a full 12 months. You can work through the 30 modules at your own pace. You can binge it over 30 days or take your time over the year to implement.

No we do not record the Live training as every group is training. We have two trainings on the same day to allow for you to make one depending on your timezone.

The Live Coaching is 60minutes long and is done via zoom. Once you sign up you will receive initial email and reminder emails with the next Live training date and links to add to your calendar.

The course videos and exercises takes around 5-20minutes a day. Videos are in bit size, easily digestible videos so you can assimilate the tools into your lives easily.

Practice, practice and then practice some more! Keeping up with better breathing is as simple as 10 minutes twice a day.

If you feel you need ongoing support, we recommend you see your local breathing physiotherapist.
Remember, it takes time to change a habit. You may need to work on mindful pauses throughout the day to help reduce triggers.

The course gives you practical ideas for integrating these techniques into your day.
