I'm Emma

In my twenty years as a physiotherapist and breath coach I have helped people deal with trauma, stress, pain, breathing issues and grief. All the while managing my own rollercoaster of a life! (And it’s fair to say life has thrown me some curveballs over the years)

And I get it.

Life doesn’t always go the way we want it to. However, it’s when we feel completely overwhelmed or too tired or too scared to do anything about it that we need to listen to the warning bells. I want to show you that by listening to the incredible wisdom of your intuition, inner critic and cheerleader, and the body’s innate ability to heal, you can thrive.
