Our Nurture Me Business Retreat is designed for business leaders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, executives, managers, CEO’s or anyone working in pressure cooker environment to break the bad habits that cause you stress, pain, unbalance and illness.

During the weekend you will be guided by the world-renowned physiotherapist, health entrepreneur and breathing coach, Emma Ferris and embodied movement facilitator and international yoga teacher, Sarsha Hope.
What is included on Retreat
Your weekend experience includes lunch both days, dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday, workshops on breathing and stress, habits, mindfulness and relaxation and yoga classes that are designed to balance and regain strength, nature walks and more.
As a Physiotherapist, health entrepreneur and breathing geek, Emma is truly, madly, deeply committed to teaching the world to breathe effectively and reduce the impact of stress. As well as being the creator of The Big Exhale online course teaching people how to reduce stress and breath better, Emma is also a public speaker, an acupuncturist, a Pilates instructor and a registered physiotherapist with over 14 years’ clinical experience.
Since starting her first business at 24years old Emma has been passionate about what builds success in business and life. Her biggest learning is that it starts with our self-care and our daily habits. Emma’s straightforward, yet empathetic approach will have you leaving inspired and armed with tools to help you step into the tricky moments in life.
Sarsha is an embodied, soulful teacher who has been practising Yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga and women's work nationally and internationally since 2003, in classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher training.
As a wellness expert Sarsha is deeply passionate about creating balance and harmony for body, mind, heart and soul. She encourages people to lean into all these different aspects of self with compassion, openness and laughter in a grounded, empathetic way. As well as being the founder of hope-wellness, she is training other yoga teachers around the world.
