Lead by wellness entrepreneur, physiotherapist and breathing coach, Emma Ferris, take time to connect with yourself and reset your body with your breathing. Gather in the gorgeous Humbolt room of Camp Glenorchy for the start of the retreat at 9.30 am.
The morning workshops will consist of movement and breath practices that cultivate calm.
Following our morning of tuning into our body, slowing our breath and quietening our minds, we will gather for a nutritious and delicious shared lunch.
The retreat is designed for all ages and stages. Mats, water, lunch and herbal teas are included.
The retreat concludes at 1.30 pm but your time in Glenorchy doesn't have to end there. Why not extend your retreat experience and take a tour of Camp Glenorchy and learn about the design, sustainable practices and art. Finish with a walk-in nature around the boardwalk and to the lake before you float home.
