Breathe Right & Reduce Your Stress: 3 days FREE The Big Exhale Online Course

Stress is awesome! It makes you do amazing things in life and in small doses can be brain and body stretching. But what isn't ok is staying stuck in stress mode for long periods of time. Our body and mind are not designed to be in the fight, flight or freeze mode long term and eventually, this can take a toll on multiple systems in our body.
Over time our sleep, performance, blood chemistry, hormones, and nervous system are impacted causing a range of symptoms because stress hormones travel in our blood. And blood goes most places in our body. It is why long term stress can cause a range of symptoms that are not always linked together but are related. These include but are not limited to:
- Headaches
- Neck and Back Pain
- Anxiety
- Fatigue
- Disturbed Sleep
- Foggy Thinking
Take control of stress and learn how changing the way you breathe can be a powerful tool for your mind and body.

Is It stress, grief, anxiety, life change, illness or pain? Whatever your obstacle is, there is a simple and natural solution to help you deal with life's big moments of stress.

Breathing seems so simple, that we even do it without thinking! But what if you’re doing it wrong?

We can't always control the stressful life events we will encounter along the way. What we can control is how our body and mind will react to them. That is the power and beauty of learning techniques that are part of The Breathe Right and Reduce Your Stress course. You have the power to change your body and minds reaction to stress with breathing being a key tool along the way. But there is so much more to it than just taking a few slow breaths.

Over a lifetime, bad breathing habits take a toll on the body’s blood chemistry. Changes to blood chemistry impact the autonomic nervous system, which controls multiple functions in your body including immunity, growth, digestion, and reproduction.

The Breathe Right and Reduce Your Stress course are designed to hold up a mirror to your own habits, thoughts, and emotions that contribute to the stress our body and mind experience. We provide you with the opportunity to retrain your system, so you can make the most out of each breath. From your brain all the way through to your stress hormones, breath is the foundation of wellbeing, and with a solid foundation in place, everything else works better.

Best of all is that you can join this 30-day life-changing experience from the comfort of your home and at your own pace.

Even better, all the conscious breathing techniques are safe, simple, and drug-free!

Even if you find breathing easy and already use your tummy and nose, you will still learn something from Emma and The Big Exhale to help you become an even better breather and probably a lot calmer as well'

Meet Ted who had to share with us how changing the way he breathed was impacting his life.
" Breathe Better and Reduce Your Stress course: The Big Exhale” what a course. I am today up to day 15 and the benefits I have noticed have been incredible to date. I work hard, keep fit and active and eat well, however for the past 50 odd years have been constantly stressed and like a wound-up clock – burning out would be a fair description and without really understanding why! Understanding the relevance of good breathing and the benefits of doing so has, obviously, been the missing link for me.
Coming across your website, completing the 3-day complimentary course it was simply a “No Brainer” to go onto completing the full 30-day course. I have found the course content to date truly relevant, logical and loaded with common sense – it simply “Makes Sense”, is truly topical and your approach to presenting is refreshing.
I have found day 6, “Chillaxing” of the most benefit to date however each day brings new revelations – i.e. “Why We Breath”, “Which Breathing Pattern Are You”, etc. are just so enlightening, insightful and informative.
I am truly looking forward to completing the course and enjoying the benefits of doing so.
Thank you for making “The Big Exhale” so relevant and available.
