You have access to the course for a full 12 months. You can work through the modules at your own pace.
No, we do not record the Transform Live training as every group is training. We have two training per month.
The Live Coaching is 90minutes long and is done via zoom. Once you sign up you will receive initial email and reminder emails with the next Live training date and links to add to your calendar.
You can also find the times and zoom links at the start of the course player.
The course videos and audios and exercises takes around 5-20minutes every day. Videos are in bit size, easily digestible videos so you can assimilate the tools into your lives easily.
Practice, practice and then practice some more! Keeping up with better breathing is as simple as 10 minutes twice a day.
